Our Philosophy
At Los Gringos Locos, our goal is to make your life, our community and the world a better place. For years we have operated with the credo "saving the world one taco at a time." But it is just not about tacos, there's more to it. That's not to say that tacos aren't important, but they're just one part of the overall plan. Our plan is not like one of those evil master plans to take over the world but more like a philosophy of life and food happened to be part of it.
About five years ago we served our 500,000 taco. And we are still going strong. I can't count much higher than that (it was really hard to get that number) so I have no idea how many we've served now.
Community Involvement
We love to be involved in the community and the Fiesta Day Parade is one of our favorite events of the year. For 15 years we have provided kids an opportunity to skate down Foothill (how many kids get to do that legally?)
We take our responsibility as a community restaurant pretty seriously. From supporting local vendors (one of our favorites is our produce guy, Kirk Smith. He is a long time community resident and we have never bought a piece a produce from anyone else. Ever.) To supporting just about every local organization. We have helped raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for our community over the years.

Ok this is a picture from 1997. Check out Carlos in the front row – what an awesome moustache. We are lucky enough to still employ 7 of these originals. Other staff members have gone on to own their own restaurant, their own trucking company and some just retired.
